Some of you may already know that I spent many a childhood summer on the beaches of Margate and Broadstairs, and that as an adult I now take any opportunity I'm given to go back. With family living in the area, such opportunities are not hard to come by (or fabricate).

Easy Peasy Mac and Cheesey

This is probably the easiest Mac and Cheese you will ever make!

I pair creme fraiche with everything; dessert (especially warm pie), soup, pasta sauce, lasagne and being super lazy use it instead of white sauce for Mac and Cheese. This seriously speeds up the macaroni and cheese making process. It also plays a pretty large part in my potentially fat future, but I digress.

Lydia and I went to uni together, and we are now working close enough to meet for lunch at least once a week.
